This position is central to the firm’s activities, culture, productivity and well-being! Responsibilities include:
Management of calendars for Partners
Planning office parties
Business travel coordination
Coordination of Janitorial services
Maintaining overall office/kitchen/bathroom tidiness
Managing office supply inventory
Light technical support
Maintaining various office databases
Providing assistance to Partners, Financial Controller, and professional staff as needed
The position requires office administrative experience, a working knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Outlook, excellent written and verbal skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize while multi-tasking in a sometimes fast-paced environment. College degree is preferred but not required. It is important that you have an active driver’s license (to run errands), sense of humor and a positive attitude. An appreciation of dogs would be a big plus.
